Tech Team Lead

About the role:
In conjunction with the launching of a new enterprise product and the growing traction
we experienced for one our flagship product BrandTag in Europe, we are in need of a
revamp and leveling up of our current tech team. We are looking for a talent who can
spearhead such an effort; set new standards and processes; and lead the tech team
towards building quality and scalable applications.

Responsibilities/Duties:
● Lead and develop application development standards and processes;
● Lead and oversee all application development work to success;
● Lead in setting targets and priorities for the tech team and conduct reviews for
improvements;
● Lead design and code reviews;
● Continuously optimize productivity of tech team members;
● Nurture and train tech team members as needed;
● Understanding product requirements and assisting in developing implementation
plans and time estimates.
● Assist in any development work if needed;
● Responsible for the testability of codes written;
● Responsible for improving the overall efficiency, scalability and stability of all
applications;
● Create and develop performance report, delivery, method, scope of work, and
general duties records;
● Assist and advise the CEO in all tech related matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Technical Skills:
● Experience in building web application using React or VueJS;
● Experience in building server application using NodeJS or Go;
● Experience and knowledge of industry standards;
● Strong experience in server horizontal scaling across multiple regions;
● Strong foundation in Docker;
● Experience in using Git;
● Have experience in system design;
● Deep understanding of development principles and have strong ability to deduce
patterns and fix issues;
● Bonus: good understanding of blockchain technology.
Non-Technical Skills:
● Excellent command of the English language, oral and written is a must;
● Experienced in GDPR, CCPA or PDPA guidelines;
● Able to adapt current industry standards, guidelines and best practices;
● Good team player;
● Critical thinking ability to figure things out;
● Responsible and punctual.

Senior Back-End Developer
About the role:
In conjunction with the launching of a new enterprise product and the growing traction
we experienced for one our flagship product BrandTag in Europe, we are in need of
expanding our team of back end developers to build high-standard, scalable products.
We are looking for talents who have deep back end development experience to join our
team and help us realize this vision.
If you are someone that is proactive, motivated, eager to learn, and more importantly,

join us in building a world-class back end development team in LuxTag!
Responsibilities:
● Participate in the back end development work for products in LuxTag;
● Participate in requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of front
end applications, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and
back-end systems integration;
● Interact with subject matter experts (functional & technical) to understand
business requirements and technology architecture of the applications
accordingly;
● Contribute to code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to standards /
guidelines;
● Provide technical guidance and lead/develop junior team members;
● Assist in infrastructure and system software setup for development and testing
environments;
● Assist in scaling existing infrastructure and system software setup;
● Assist the Tech Team Lead in planning and implementing development plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Sales Lead
About the role:
We are currently launching a new product and are looking for a Sales Lead to spearhead
the entire sales and marketing efforts across South East Asia. The target markets are the
higher learning educational sector, and the upskilling/reskilling training centers. The
Sales Lead will be responsible for the creation of the entire sales team for the product;
the design and implementation of sales strategies and processes; and also the hiring,
training and leading of the sales team members.
If you are someone that is proactive, motivated, eager to lead, and more importantly,
ambitious and enjoy tackling big challenges, this is the right role for you! We need you to
help us build a world-class sales team for LuxTag!
Responsibilities:
● Set up and lead the sales team for the new product;
● Design and implement sales strategies and tactical approaches to customer
acquisition;
● Design and implement the sales flow and sales processes;
● Set ambitious but pragmatic sales goals and drive the sales team to achieve
them;
● Design and implement sales training programs for the sales team members;
● Assist the HR department in hiring the right sales team members;
● Periodically prepare sales projections and plans; and assist and advise the CEO in
all sales related matters for the new product.
Must-haves:
● Start-up mentality, eager to learn and grow professionally;
● Proactive, self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment with limited direction;
● Have past experience leading sales teams;
● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development,
partnerships or equivalent roles;
● Have past sales experience in the educational sector;
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and
provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer and stakeholder needs;
● Excellent command of the English language, oral and written;
● Excellent negotiation skills;
● Highly competitive and have a strong inner drive to win;
● Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
Nice-to-haves:
● Have past working experience in high-growth, SaaS companies;

Senior DevOps

scaling up our tech infrastructure and our application deployment processes. We are
looking for a talent who can spearhead such an effort, and lead the implementation
work.

Responsibilities:
● Design and implement an efficient, scalable and stable tech infrastructure;
● Continuously improve the architecture of our system by relentlessly enhancing
the system quality, standardization, and automation;
● Responsible in scaling the tech infrastructure and system software setup to meet
the changing needs;
* Assist the application development team in adopting the best build, testing and
development practices;
● Build and continuously improve the CI/CD pipelines with a mind-set of scalability
and performance;
● Monitor and troubleshoot large scale services;
● Oversee incident responses for our production servers and take the necessary
measures to correct the issue, and execute prevention strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Technical Skills:
● Experience in DNS management, server setup and CI/CD tools;
● Strong foundation in Docker, Nginx and Linux servers;
● Strong experience in server horizontal scaling across multiple regions;
● Experienced in infrastructure orchestration like Kubernetes;
● Experienced in solving problems with scripting tool like Ansible;
● Experience and knowledge of industry standards;
● Have strong ability to deduce patterns and fix issues;
● Bonus: good understanding of blockchain technology.
Non-Technical Skills:
● Excellent command of the English language, oral and written is a must;
● Able to adapt current industry standards, guidelines and best practices;
