Dhaka, Bangladesh – October 23, 2019. LuxTag® Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian innovation-driven solution provider specializing in anti-counterfeiting and track & trace solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with AIIM Global Limited, (a sister concern of Abdul Monem Limited) to bring forward blockchain technology use-cases into Bangladesh.

LuxTag, along with AIIM Global Limited, seeks to explore how blockchain technology can be implemented in Healthcare, Education, Supply Chain, and Construction sectors.

The MoU was signed at a ceremony held yesterday, 23rd of October, 2019, at Dhaka, Bangladesh. Ahnaf Akif Kamal, Country Manager, represented LuxTag; meanwhile, AIIM Global Limited was represented by Akram Hossain, COO, Ashief Ahmed, CTO, and Nasir Zaman, Deputy Manager of AIIM Global Limited. Under the agreement, both companies will be working to develop eServices powered by blockchain and digital ledger technology (“DLT”).
